1. Complete NCCCO written application.
   
2. Sign Mandatory Requirements Acknowledgement.
   
3. Place $1000 deposit to reserve place in class  (not applicable to VA beneficiaries).
   
4. All information to be submitted to Jill or Jennifer at our office (by email or fax) - please do not send to NCCCO as we pay fees out of your school tuition costs.
   
5. If you are eligible for VA funding, please follow the instructions on our financing tab.

To Enroll in Classes

​TOWER CRANE SCHOOL OF PHOENIX

1. Students must be 18 years of age at time of class.
   
2. Copy of high school diploma or GED.
   
3. Medical clearance, DOT card, or physical from your doctor.
   
4. Signed enrollment agreement.
