  • Maintenance, limits, inspection, and safety.
  • Load charts, verbal and hand signals.
  • Rigging, wire rope splicing, and load set up.
  • Load/speed control, and two crane lifts with mobile crane assist.
  • Concrete bucket placement and bucket wall form placement.
  • Structural steel, walls, and column setting.
  • All 5 NCCCO certifications available in one course - TSS, TLL, LBT, LBC and TWR
  • Free standing Potain tower crane.
  • Small (fixed cab) telescopic UNIC boom truck.
  • Large (swing cab) telescopic crane.

Mobile / Lattice Boom Crane Combo Class

1 week: 50 hours

Small Telescopic (Fixed Cab) and Large Telescopic (Swing Cab) Crane Class

  • Small telescopic (fixed cab) crane training.
  • Large telescopic (swing cab) crane training.
  • Lattice boom crawler crane training.
  • Learn the art of operating friction/clutch type cranes.
  • Hands on mobile and lattice boom crane training.
  • Rules and regulations of mobile crane operating.
  • Prep study class, NCCCO written and practical exams.
  • Load charts, personnel lifting system, set up, mats, and cribbing.
  • Set up boom, jib, extensions, and assembly/dismantle of cranes.
  • Two crane lifts, lift planning, dangers.
  • Rigging, cable, rope splicing, and proper rigging selections.
  • Load control, concrete bucket placement, and form following with concrete.
  • Bucket, structural steel, walls, and column setting.
  • Maintenance, inspection, and safety.
  • Following both verbal and hand signals.
  • NCCCO test course.

2 weeks: 100 hours

Crane Training

  • Hands on mobile crane training.
  • Rules and regulations of mobile crane operating.
  • Prep study class, NCCCO written and practical exams
  • Load charts, personnel lifting systems, set ups, mats, and cribbing.
  • Set up boom, jib, and extensions for assembly and dismantling on cranes.
  • 2 crane lifts, lift planning, rigging dangers, cable/rope splicing, and proper rigging selections.
